房间乾净衞生 前台小姐姐服务也特别好 帮我们做了不少攻略 来上海推荐住这里 另外早餐品种也很多 这次出行比较满意 交通也很方便 离地铁站很近还有接送服务 点个赞

抱着试试看的心态，定了这家酒店，原因之一是离迪士尼近，最主要的是价格太亲民了，简直不敢相信200不到的价格在上海能定到这么舒适的酒店，感觉赚到了，酒店工作人员也超热情的，总之强推，下次二刷迪士尼，我还选这家。

跟女朋友去迪士尼玩的入住了这家酒店 离机场什么的也近！早餐种类特别多 服务态度很好 大家如果来这里出差或者去迪士尼玩的话 可以考虑这里！

很不错，刚到酒店就感觉大厅环境不错，有休息区有超市，前台态度很好，办事效率高，房间很舒适整洁热水很舒服，早餐好吃蛮全面的，还有迪士尼班车，很方便，价格也很合适，下次来迪士尼玩还会订这家????

带小孩来迪士尼玩 选择的这家酒店，前台工作人员蛮人性化，考虑到我带了孩子大床房不好睡，帮我升级了家庭房，特别暖心??还帮我预约了迪士尼的班车服务，准时准时不用等，第二天到东方明珠外滩都有地铁接站服务，房间乾净衞生 这次出行相当顺利 下次来还会选择这里。

装修及设备都旧了，电梯要等蛮长时间，最闹心的是汽漱台的水直接排地上，溅一脚，刷牙得是大闸蟹的姿势。周边吃的餐品都是低档的，这是本次商务出差踩的坑。

We stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
First, the booking details on Trip.com were misleading. The hotel is still under construction, which was not mentioned anywhere. Because of this, our “city view” room had its window completely covered, and instead of a view, we got constant noise from ongoing construction throughout the day.
The location was also inaccurately presented. While it was advertised as being close to the center, in reality, it was quite far and inconvenient.
Breakfast was another letdown. Although it was described as “Chinese breakfast,” there were very limited options and certainly not what we expected for a proper start to the day.
The room itself was below standard. Basic toiletries were not properly provided, and though bottled water was supplied daily, other amenities were lacking. On top of that, while the listing promised free transport/airport transfer, the hotel refused to provide this after booking, which felt dishonest.
Overall, the stay did not match what was promised online. The lack of transparency about construction, location, and services made it a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel until it addresses these issues and provides accurate information for future guests.
