Great hotel to book if you’re planning to go to Disney however if you’re not then I don’t recommend since this hotel is very far from the city centre.

Great support from hotel staff, big thanks to Alisa for helping us. The hotel provides shuttle bus to/from Disneyland and Airport, suitable for visiting Shanghai Disneyland. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was great with variety of food.

Great location for families wanting to visit Shanghai Disneyland. Hotel was nice and clean and room was spacious. The kids enjoyed the family themed rooms. Fantastic customer service from 杨达(King). He offered us drinks while we were waiting for our room to be ready and was very informative.

Very nice options if you will visit Disneyland. The shuttle survice from/to airport and disney are very convinient. Hotel rooms are big and confortable. Staff was great and can speak english, in special Mr. John that was super helpful personally, by phone and by message, solving all my needs.

A nice hotel with transfer bus to disney. It's really worth it to get the room with bfast. You need to fill your tummy before going to war in disneyland. Disneyland is packed and long lines to the rides, snacks, and restaurants. We got the bfast packed for my daughters who didn't feel like eating in the morning. We brought them to the park, oh, what a good decision. While waiting for the ride, we can eat the breads, fruits, noodles, and paos brought in. When it's way past lunch time and no more lines in the restaurant, we can get a quick small lunch. In case u are not aware, you can bring all foods and drinks from outside to the park. Only in disneyland shanghai :) but don't bring huge water bottle, max size is 600 ml. So, you can bring multiple medium size bottles.
