Clean hotel and helpful reception. They let us check in an hour in advance. They offered to help us call didi, provided bottled water everyday. They were also very helpful when our room was a tad bit warm due to the winter heater by sending us a cooler.
Location: plenty of restaurant, grocery store, fruit vendors nearby.
Hotel breakfast: we regretted only trying their breakfast on our last day. The breakfast spread is so good, comes with bacon, German sausage, dimsum, wantan soup, pork noodles, yogurt, soymilk and fried rice. You must try their breakfast before 10.30am as they have limited options after that.

The service was good. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the People's Square Park Station and approximately 10 minutes walk to the Nanjing Road West shopping area that is near to Khuan Alley.

The front desk ladies are so cute and helpful.. the room is very cozy and comfortable the only thing is that the bathroom has an awful smell so you have usually to close the bathroom door .. otherwise the hotel accommodation is super star and recommended ..

I really looove my stay here! before coming to this hotel, I’ve heard so many stories about bed smells, cigarettes smoke, humidity, mold and even bed bugs… but none of this can be associated with this hotel
all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the receptionist lady even let me check in earlier :)
the location is okay, a bit far from the subway, but they offer a transfer and they also provide you with the adapter for free, very thoughtful
the hotel room was very cosy and warm, the view was okay, they also add some perfume that add to the atmosphere! and I liked the breakfast, I managed to try many local things ~

环境良好，晚上也很安静。尽管没有噪音，还是很贴心地备了耳塞。
房间配置合理，水吧里除了矿泉水也有苏打水冰红茶等，虽然没来得及饮用，但多点选择对于住客来説很贴心。
整点有安排送到地铁的服务，如果行李不多，走到地铁站也就十几分钟。
周边好吃的也多，下次有机会还会选择入住。
