这次出差到上海，选择新锦江希尔顿逸林酒店的行政房，非常正确。早餐很合味口，大堂还准备了贴心的小点心和热茶，特别是HEIDI的服务特别暖心。感觉很好，最后延住了几天。

Double Tree was very professional. They offered us parking space for our scooters and spoke really good English. Our room was clean and the water pressure was great. The AC was also working perfectly. One thing that was a bit of a bummer was that the plug in our bathtub was broken and could not let the water run out. It might be time to check on all the features of the bathrooms and fix or upgrade some of the appliances and furniture as well. We did not opt for the breakfast so we cannot comment on the food. However, the staff was super helpful in setting the address and room number on eleme so that we could order some dinner. Lovely stay for one night...

obnoxious strong perfume smell in lobby and throughout hotel. chocking bad and sickening. faulty desk requiring repair during stay. i couldn't do anything for about 45minutes. they should repair issue during hotel's time, not on my time. dirty stained chair. drainage issue, won't drain at all. won't recommend.
酒店空气被香水污染，难闻的要死，对生体不好。房间里桌子摇摇晃晃，下水道不好，站在污水里洗澡。椅子太脏有痕迹。不推荐。

五星级的标准，一天三餐全在酒店解决！假期放松一下，还有游泳健身的地方！就是没能入住看到三件套的房间，有些遗憾！希望再来时，能约上！

酒店大堂布置很温馨，前台接待（ HEIDI KITTY AVA） 服务也很好，房间布置很温馨，小朋友也很喜欢，接待我们的是黄小姐，非常暖心值得再次入住，期间因为身份证找了很久，真的很感谢哦。如果酒店早餐排队情况可以想办法改善一下就更好了[握手][握手][握手][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰][爱心][爱心][爱心]

874元一晚的价格，换来的却是非常糟糕的入住体验。房间地毯又脏又旧，衞生情况令人担忧，完全不像这个价位的酒店。房间设备老旧，整体环境给人一种年久失修的感觉。
性价比极低，与预期差距太大，非常不值得，不推荐入住。
唯一就是服务人员服务真的好，帮我拿行李我小费给了40多。除了服务外真的不值得这个价格 不推荐

办理入住时，我带着宝宝受到一位皮肤白皙眼睛大大的前台（上海人）亲切接待，对宾客需求及时响应，入住期间也下楼谘询过前台其他小伙伴，都很nice。客房虽然年久，但整体洁净，设施齐备，环境安静，宝贝在小童乐园玩的也很开心，是一次happy hour……

I only stayed here for a night on New Year's Eve so this review is limited to my experience during my stay.
First, the hotel is quite easy to find, there's a really tall tower next to it. It's less than a kilometer away from Lancun Subway Station. There's an ALDI shop across the station.
Upon check-in, the kind front-desk staff upgraded my room to executive and gave me a room on the east wing (city view).
The room is kind of out dated design-wise but it's very clean. I think it's time to update the room interiors and fixtures to make better impressions. Nevertheless, it was still a nice, spacious, and comfortable room (with a functioning tub).
The breakfast was good, but choices were kinda limited. There's bacon, sausage, and beans and that's basically it for the western options.
Finally, I requested for a late check-out because I had a terrible back pain and wanted a little extra time to recuperate, but I was denied ?? I do understand that there was high occupancy on that day, but yeah, my stay would have otherwise been perfect.
