I came here for a trip. The receptionists at the front desk are all very nice. They helped solve all the problems I consulted. The room is clean and tidy, and free water is provided. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby, and it's close to scenic spots. Yuyuan Garden, City God Temple, the Bund, and Lujiazui can all be reached. The environment is also great, and the room is in Chinese style. I really like it here.

房间非常新，说是25年新开的酒店。设施都很好，有小度智能家居，可以控制窗帘空调灯之类的。
地理位置没得说，就在豫园景区里。交通非常方便，走路三分钟就是地铁14号线豫园站。是打车会麻烦一点点，因为车不能直接送到酒店门口，要在路边停。然后导航可能不是特别准，其实有近路，但是给我们导航绕了一圈。比较推荐下了地铁站，直接就问前台怎么去这个酒店。
前台的小哥哥小姐姐也都是挺热情的，会推荐周边美食，有问题都会积极回应。
服务扣了一星的原因是1000块钱一个晚上的酒店，水不能多给几瓶。
唯一美中不足的就是因为新开酒店可能，一些气味还没有散干净，家里有比较敏感的鼻子的人可能会打喷嚏。但同行的其他人没有什么太大的感觉。
总而言之还是很推荐的，住得很舒服。

入住体验很好 酒店离豫园很近步行100m 地铁站公交站很近 花园休息区 很美 可以步行到达东方明珠 陆家嘴

It was a superb experience staying in this hotel as it was a walkable distance to the Bund.
Clean, spacious, a smart and modernise room that coincides with the outlook of the city.
The 豫园 which was one of the tourist attraction is locate just downstairs of the hotel.
10~15mins walk to the 大世界 where all the malls are located. 5mins walk from 豫园 subway station.

it's super strategic area. less than 5 mins walk to YuYuan Garden. Hotel is surrounded by many souvenir shops, restaurants and many shops.
love the room. minimalistic, clean design and simple. love the fluffines of te quilt.
The receptionist very helpful despite of the language barrier. thanks for the technology. but they are always very helpful.
i was sick and they helped me to order medicine.
only the cleanliness can be improved. i still find many hairs and dust under the room the next day.

Travelled with my parents (two seniors). The entrance to the hotel is at a small street at 凤祥楼. Hotel location is just right next to Yuu Garden (BARELY 1 min walk), and ~ 5min walk from Yu Garden Metro station. The hotel is very accessible to the attractions like Yuu Garden, Shanghai City God temple and Yu Yuan Bazaar. There are also wide range of local food (羊肉串, Xiao Long Bao, Sheng Jian Bao, Cong You Bing etc) and even Macdonald. My parents really enjoyed the close proximity to Yuu Garden and Yu Yuan Bazaar.
One can feel the night bustling life outside the hotel as YuYuan old street comes to life as the night falls. Do note that the streets are off limits for 4-wheel vehicles, and Didi / Taxi drivers will drop u slightly away. The service crew are very warm and friendly. Do ask them for access to level 5 for some photo taking too. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
The front desk and service crew team are also very friendly, with great service attitude. In the hotel, there are also free washing machine and dryer for those travelling with families.
One will definitely feel the hospitality of the crew and enjoy the location.
