The location of the hotel is great. Very near to Line 2/Line 10. The staff was friendly and helped me with the air-conditioner in the room. Even provided blankets for me when i felt cold.

物超所值的一家酒店，完全超出我的预期。
位置：位於汉口路上，离南京东路、外滩都非常近，非常具有地理优势。
环境：今年新装修的，但完全没有异味，房间乾净整洁，窗外可见老上海街景，远处可见东方明珠等标志性建筑，安排在七楼的房间，视野非常开阔。
服务：服务员态度都很棒，非常亲切，会主动问号，遇到问题会积极协助解决。
总体：非常满意的一次入住体验，下次如到附近，还会选择这家。

Brought 2 kids (7yrs) & (4yrs) together with us. A children friendly hotel to stay in. Staff is friendly too. Collect your kids bedroom slippers & toothbrush set at reception.
Clean hotel! Toilet bowl seat with warmer is a plus for winter season.
Sincere staff to support our staff hence here to give them the reviews that they deserved. Cleaners also very nice to support our towels need.

Hotel exceeds my expectations solid 5stars ++,rooms clean n super comfy with views of 东方明珠 staffs are attentive n helpful. Special thanks to Miss Mao peng jiao, she goes the way out to help me n my friends receive taobao packages even when we ordered a lot.
Also special thanks to Ms Wang Cui too :)

带长者来上海玩，选这家桔子水晶太明智了！步行3分钟就到南京东路地铁站，去外滩遛弯看夜景也就十几分锺，周边便利店和商场超多，买零食玩具特别方便。前台小姐姐超贴心，主动介绍酒店设施，观景家庭房，房间里1米8的大床加单人床刚好住下一家三口，窗边还能看到东方明珠。酒店隔音超棒床品柔软，长者睡得很踏实。临走时工作人员还送了矿泉水，细节满分，下次带家人来还住这！
