Stayed at Atour Hotel (Dalian Road, Shanghai) for 3 nights, and the first night was a huge disappointment. I arrived past midnight and was given a room with no air-conditioning. When I requested to change rooms, I was told the hotel was full and had to ask for a fan — which was dirty. Staff insisted that the weather was “cold” and I didn’t need aircon, which I found unreasonable.
The next day, they moved me to another room, calling it an “upgrade,” but it felt exactly the same. When I asked for compensation, they only offered a plate of fruit and two boxes of tea, and refused to waive or reduce the room charge. They even claimed I had already received a discount — saying the room was usually 750 RMB but “discounted” to 500 RMB — when in fact, 500 RMB was the normal rate.
After negotiation, I got a slightly lower rate, but overall the experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. The only positive was its location — it’s close to the subway and convenient for getting around.

I liked everything except breakfast maybe. The location is very convenient, it's literally above a subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is good, and the staff is nice. Highly recommend.

设施：新开的酒店设施特别新 住的时候很舒服 洗浴设施、吹风筒、充电口都用得很顺手 床的舒适更不用説 顶楼也有健身房和洗衣房
衞生：乾净 阿姨每天都打扫补用具
环境：地理位置很好 出门就是全家便利店和地铁口 去哪都很方便
服务：特别贴心 洗衣房有专人帮忙洗好烘乾并送到房间门口

环境：酒店离地铁超级近，基本就在地铁口了，酒店门口也有便利店，很方便。
服务：酒店工作人员很热情，洗好的衣服还可以送上来，很贴心
设施：酒店挺新的，装修好看，布局合理
衞生：每天都有保洁人员打扫，很不错

来沪出差在客户单位对面预订了这间亚朵酒店，交通非常方便，地铁4号线大连路站4号出口右转20米即是酒店大门，门庭不大但交通非常方便，酒店有地面免费停车场，旁边有全家超市，临近有多家小吃店和咖啡。酒店房间衞生很好，床品不错，服务很好，全屋语音智能化控制，夜间有免费粥汤。唯一不好的是自动窗帘只能完全关闭或完全打开，不能半开，应该让厂商修改自主开闭模式。

地理位置优越，紧邻4号，12号线，到南京东路，北外滩都方便。房间乾净整洁，服务态度好，很满意的一次入住。

Booked 4 rooms in total. Great service. Rooms were clean. 10/10 recommend. Gym was a little bare though. Laundry services were good as well. Location is good too, convenient and right beside the subway.

离地铁口非常非常近，楼下就有24h便利店，去外滩，浦东都很方便，设施也是很新的，服务虽然也有些许疏漏，但能感觉到酒店员工在尽力做到最好。
