非常满意的一次旅行，以为在机场会很吵，结果非常安静，酒店大堂门口可以直接打车。出去客运大楼吃的也很多，大堂的接待人员蒋伟鹏非常热心，很快帮忙把行李送去房间了。

Holiday inn is always my preferred chain. However, since the location is in airport, and I hope you can consider cater to different flight time for check in. Extreme early morning or late night, I have experienced it in other holiday inn in other country and works well, even the hotel is in city.

Stayed in the same hotel before our flight and same style room. Perfect place to rest when we returned after a long flight. Breakfast is standard, but hit the spot. Room was clean and bags were delivered straight to the room (we had large 5 suitcases).

Overall is ok, but VERY poor sound proof. Why in this new hotel the quality of sound proof is so ?

The hotel was spotless, the room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. Plus, it’s just a short distance from the airport, which made my trip even easier.

Good location, walking distance from T2, convenient for someone just came out from a long flight and arrived late in the evening. Very friendly and helpful stuff, nice and clean room, highly recommended.

It is a new hotel at Pudong Airport. Everything is nice. Bed, pillows, etc, are all comfy. Good food too. The one thing I noticed is that there's only 1 area where the lifts are. Our room (7186) was far away from the lifts; we had to go all the way back and forth. Not so convenient. Anyway, the staff are nice. The room temperature is set to 25 degrees. It's hot. I wish we could control the room temperature to our liking.

Excellent hotel for layover. About 15 minutes walk from T2 international arrivals. You don't need to walk outside and can push the airport luggage trolley all the way to your room. Just follow the signs for airport hotel. It's very clear. The room was a little hot, but that's my only complaint. I paid for breakfast and it was pretty good.

好评：房间不错，装修小清新的感觉，干净整洁，沙发舒服，椅子好看，桌子还可以升降。但是那个抽水马桶，声音实在太大了。
差评：我开车来的，门口停了一个多小时，出门的时候要收20, 付款失败来个小伙让我转给他微信，然后又给个码扫说可以减免。住客本来就是免费，电话还确认过了，这是什么迷一样的操作？非常不专业！

酒店的位置非常优越，离客运大楼非常近，下了市域铁沿着指示很容易找到。酒店很新，房间比想象的小，景观房除了看飞机也没什么可看。窗户的隔音效果很好，但是隔壁开关门声音和走廊里房间门口的空气净化器声音太吵，夜里没能休息好。总体来说赶航班还是很方便的。
