前台的服务很不错，有自助早餐，距离地铁站也很近，到外滩也就5站地铁，出去我很方便，环境也不错，下次还来.

There is another Atour Hotel closer to the subway station. We wanted to book that one but probably clicked on the wrong link. Our fault. But that is okay. This one could use some updates in my opinion. But it is definitely clean and cozy. I would rate it at a bit above Courtyard in the US. Just like other experiences in China, staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I reported a problem about a situation in the restaurant to the front desk. It was taken care of immediately. Atour scores above Courtyard in this aspect.

带着老妈在上海旅游，交通方便，居住舒适乾净，一如既往的服务贴心，还有瓶装热水，不用烧水了，实在是太好啦，满意的一次体验

入住体验超棒！房间特别安静，一点噪音都没有，床品柔软舒服，床垫和枕头的贴合度刚刚好，躺下特别放松，一觉睡到天亮。

这次去上海选择了北外滩没亚朵，位置很好，很近raffle商场，北外滩没有外滩那么多人，拍照也十分好酒店价格也票贵。下次还会住。

不错，位置离地铁站近给升级的带阳台房间。能看到陆家嘴三件套，很棒，离秦皇岛码头近，国庆为了夜游黄浦江选的酒店。

衞生还可以，酒店早餐环境安静，比较合适带孩子，酒店大堂设计新颖独特，别致典雅大气。比较满意这次入住，90分吧

房间乾净，非常安静，前台和善。少有的有些人情味的地方，不小心打碎的杯子，也很和善的説没关系。早餐管饱，味道清淡。
