位置非常好， 走出去几步就是外滩观景步道，夜景绚烂。前台小姐姐都很热情， 夜晚还有免费的鲜馄饨。

The hotel was very good we had the best customer service we ever had and also they helped us with our baggage there is a robot that brings you your order with you order from outside which was very hopeful also they provide you with the water it’s always available is it always get a free water also there is a washing machine room was very clean and very tidy The only downside is that I might have felt is that the room is a little bit small as we are a big family didn’t fit enough otherwise the hotel is very good and the location is perfect it close to everything it’s very close to the bus station I don’t know about the subway station but it’s also very close to it?
So it’s a perfect location if you want centrally located hotel ???

去外滩交通还算便利，给升级了房型，服务热情，夜晚还有免费的夜宵，衞生可以，唯一美中不足的就是房间较小。

Positive: very friendly staff, even if they doesn’t speak English well, they are very willing to accommodate every request; good breakfast but mainly the choice is Chinese style; clean room.
Negative: location not very convenient, must to book a taxi to get around, on rainy days reaching the metro station isn’t pleasant; there isn’t enough space in the room for luggage; room positioned with the main road view is noisy for passing cars in the night.

I had an amazing experience! They were even able to accommodate my last minute room upgrade so I could wake up to the Shanghai Tower every morning! ??
