  We super enjoyed our stay in Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing'an! We reserved three rooms in the same floor. Location was perfect! Hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained by the Housekeeping. Service was amazing! Hotel staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food had delicious variety. We definitely recommend staying here!

  Room spacious and clean. Close enough to centre by didi , rooms looks new. Service is good. The only thing i notice is the the flushing sound from toilet is very noisy/loud

  Definitely to go to hotel when I go Shanghai. I had returned to this hotel after I completed my tour to other cities, to end my tour. Very helpful staff (especially Ricci at front office) is the reason why I returned to this hotel. Welcome me with a big smile! Kudos to the team at Jing-an.

  体验感不错，下次还来。特别谢谢12层阿姨 打扫的特别乾净 服务特别好 。 今天较晚出门 阿姨都下班了 还回来给我们打扫。跟阿姨説酒店洗护好用 还送了我们两罐。

  1.房间不大，该有的都有，特别是智能马桶，简直是冬天的福音。 2.每天都有清洁卫生，卫生还登记乾净的。 3.印象最深的是酒店店服务人员，从前台的Elsa，到餐厅的服务人员，经过路过的酒店职员，每一个都超级有礼貌。》9《

  一流的地理位置，在上海站旁边步行即可抵达，适合江浙周边游的人士。 房间整洁乾净，洗衣房也很方便。 入住时床上发现了毛巾折成的天鹅??。 前台还送了欢迎饮料，可惜没有时间使用。
