2卧室套房房间一张大床 2个双床 安静干净 价格2300左右 有全自动洗衣服 高端的厨卫 适合家庭游 和商务出差 我已经连续住了2周多了 迟迟不想换酒店 就是太舒服了 服务态度也很好

Stayed 2 nights.
Great location, nice renovation in the room.
But alot things looks run down or not well maintain, especially bath room.
House keeping is not up to the 5 stars standard, amenities is not being added or replaced completely.
I just checked out from Courtyard Marriott Central Puxi Shanghai and moved with wife after business meetings, so back to back experience/comparisons in terms of Service, Cleaning, Housekeeping, Front Office and etc.
You dont see hotels staffs working here, just sometimes some public area cleaners most of the times, the hotels feels empty with no hospitality. No 1 working in gym area, lounge and etc.
If you wants the location with breath taking views of the CBD, this it it.
But if you want hospitality, consistent service and best Housekeeping team, Courtyard Marriott Central ShangHai (Puxi) is way better than here, and of course, cheaper than here.
