We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient for sightseeing and transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay very enjoyable. Although there was a bit of noise at times, it did not affect our overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Cozy hotel situated really next to the Nanjing Pedestrian Road. Good location for families. Near the train station too.

极具年代感的饭店，空间相当舒适，接近大堂门口时，会有专人开启大门相当有仪式感，入住房型的房间与玄关和卫浴均有独立空间，不会厕所门对床，满棒的设计。值得成为上海游玩在饭店选择的口袋名单。

非常棒的入住体验，订的1米的双床房，看到带有孩子，升级为1.2米的双床房。酒店的位置、服务没得説，床品也很乾净，还有空调效果相当好。矿泉水不仅房间有，电梯口也放置了矿泉水，按需可自取。

入住上海锦江都城南京饭店太值了！设施兼具老上海复古韵味与现代便捷，房间乾湿分离、床垫舒适，楼道免费纯净水自取超贴心。门衞师傅一直帮忙开关大门，前台耐心解答问题，全程热情周到。闹中取静位置好，下次来上海还选这家！

非常棒，看到我带着孩子（其实也是高中生了）前台直接给我升级了房型，非常舒适，格局也很理想，酒店的早餐也很不错，居然有肠粉银耳雪梨汤，还有门僮（大叔哈哈）开门，服务200分，这个酒店地段也很好，南京东路1号口出来右拐就到了，小而精致，入住的韩国人特别多，女儿説以后到上海还要住在这个酒店，赞

这次是第一次带外国朋友来上海入住这家酒店。入住当晚因为衞生间的排风问题和前台沟通后，前台的徐女士非常耐心地帮我们处理，态度特别亲切，帮我们协调，不仅免费帮我们升级了三天的入住房间，还用英语向我的外国朋友解释情况，全程态度非常专业也很友好。
总之是很棒的入住体验，房间也很乾净舒适。这次来的外国朋友也説真的很感谢徐女士，能感受到是真心在替客人解决问题。这次入住体验因此变得非常舒心，也给我的朋友留下了很好的印象。

地理位置非常方便！距离地铁站很近，离步行街也很近！对面有老字号餐厅，小笼包很好吃。很有老上海的感觉！

Smooth check in and very good location. Nanjing East Shopping Street and metro within 2 mins walk. Good room size but too busy shopping that forgotten to take room pictures.. Definitely recommended..

A very clean hotel at a strategic location, and great view from the corridor. It’s around 100m walk from Exit No. 1 of the metro station (Exit No. 2 is wheelchair accessible).
Self-service bottled water is available right outside the lift. Amenities (e.g. toiletries and disposable slippers) are provided on a daily basis.
Robot will deliver your food delivery order to the room, although it may take more time during peak hours.
There is a rack at the entrance (24hrs CCTV in operation) to collect parcel on behalf of customers, but it could be difficult to find your parcel sometimes because there are lots of parcels delivered everyday.
All staffs are friendly and welcoming. In overall, this is a very pleasant stay.
