The hotel is situated at a very convenient location. It's located just outside Hanzhong Road metro station exit 2 and cross the street you will get to the hotel! Also it's a few stations away from Nanjing pedestrian stress! When we reached the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel's staff with warm tea and even gave us heat pack as the weather was really cold. The room itself was huge! We could open 2 big luggage at the same time. Also super thankful to the hotel's staff for helping us with our taobao parcels and our food delivery! Would definitely come back again to this hotel whenever we are in Shanghai!

The hotel is 1 min walk from the nearest metro station, hanzhong road, exit 2 or 3. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel stay and will recommend it to others.

Really enjoyed our stay. Service was top-notch and staff was friendly. Can send your taobao packages to the hotel and ******* is send straight to your room via the robot. The metro station is literally opposite the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. The only probable downside is facilities like swimming pool is unavailable but it didn't really matter to us.

我是看到trip上9.7的评分决定入住时光漫步这家酒店的，但其实会有些小小的失望，我们两人选择两间房入住6晚。第一天抵达时已经下午3:30，但酒店告知还没有清理完成，等到下午4:30时，因为我还发着高烧，实在没办法坐在大堂沙发上继续乾等，于是就询问还需要多久，又过了一段时间，终于被告知2楼有间房间已经好了，接下来的三晚…由于是住二楼的缘由，每天早上5、6点就会被大街上的噪杂声吵醒。另外，大冬天的但是淋浴的水又小还不热。于是和酒店经理反应后，被安排到了换去6楼的一间房间才解决了这个问题。酒店经理意识到我约了拍照，贴心的准备了暖宝宝和红糖姜茶。用了翻译软件后写的卡片，“warm baby” 让人忍俊不禁（不过心意还是好的）
酒店走廊有烟味??，虽然这也不是酒店的问题，是其它住客的问题，但入住体验不是很好。脆脆角很好吃，也能够感觉到酒店希望努力做好服务，但细节还需要注意

每次出差去上海公司总部都会预订这个酒店，交通便利，旁边就是地铁，房间的风格也是我喜欢的类型，早餐特别帮，服务好，其他的小物件一应俱全，譬如房间内赠送健力宝，AD钙奶，还有衞生巾，纸包等等，想的特别齐全！

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We chose the same hotel for both our Hangzhou and Shanghai trips, and both locations were conveniently located near major tourist attractions. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was very well equipped. They even provided a 泡脚桶 upon request, which was a lifesaver after long, tiring days of walking.

There is nothing to complain, only compliment.
The staffs were so friendly, and helpful.
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, they handed me a bottle of water before anything.
And right before I left, one of a pretty sweet staff handed me a bottle of water and hugged me good bye.????
I uploaded a handwritten card placed inside my room by the staff during my stay. An exceptional pleasant, warm & memorable stay in Shanghai!

Every thing is perfect here, nothing to complain , from location- just 1 minute walk to metro, thanks to 王亚楠，she is really helpful , my room balcony is facing Suzhou River , fantastic view

We had a fantastic stay at NostalgiaS, just a two-minute walk from Hanzhong Road Station (Exit 2 or 3). The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with firm beds that were perfect for us. The bathrooms had Toto-style bidet toilets (IYKYK).
They offer an impressive range of complimentary amenities, including toiletries, snacks, water, late-night supper, and buffet breakfast. Additional free services like laundry delivery, foot baths, Taobao parcel collection, and robot room service made the stay extra convenient. The staff were exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional.
Highly recommended for Shanghai.
