送孩子上学，酒店紧邻同济，很方便。服务很好；机器人服务员很可爱，外卖直接送到房间；房间布置紧凑，再配个一次性马桶垫更好；洗浴间缺个挂毛巾的。

地理位置比较好，办事方便。离地铁口也近，酒店人员的服务态度也很好，从上到下，前台保洁及维修人员都很nice。
但说句大实话，设施比较陈旧了，虽然几年前翻新了也只是表面工程。窗户的隔音效果很差，很有年代感的施工设施了，空调太吵了，马路上也吵。空调也比较旧了，冷却水漏水，房间像水帘洞。虽然维修人员很及时，酒店态度很好，但是事实如此～

非常惊喜的入住体验！酒店位置绝佳，出门就是同济大学地铁站，交通购物极其便利。设计现代大胆，活力十足。房间智能舒适，干净整洁，细节满分。员工服务热情周到，赠送了果盘并免费升级了房间，让人有宾至如归的感觉。值得再次选择！

就是原来的白玉兰宾馆，现在属于丽笙集团下面的，房间很干净，摆设都是和RED有关的，很不错，让人很容易记住这个酒店。出行也很方便，6分钟走到10号线地铁站。晚上叫了外卖到大堂，然后会由很可爱的机器人帮你送到门口，感叹现在科技发达，一切都那么便利。

离同济大学特别近，开学季好多家长都住在这，但酒店住起来也就那样吧，酒店大堂还是挺气派，配色红黑灰不知道是不是酒店设计配色的原因，看起来脏兮兮的，订的标间，房间很小，行李箱打开都没有地方放，自助洗衣在五楼，微信扫码收费，给孩子洗了一套军训服，连洗衣再烘干一共22元。给客服打电话想问一下有没有碘酒棉签，一直是AI接听，转人工转不了。所以，服务，也就那样吧。整体住宿体验，房间设计，性价比和华住会旗下还是有差距。

Located a bit off from the main attractions if here for tourism but if you don’t mind a convenient five minute walk to the metro you can easily access everything. In terms of value the hotel is a 10/10. Friendly staff, recently renovated and designed very thoughtfully. No carpet turns out to be a blessing in the humidity of Shanghai summers as we’ve learned from other hotels we stayed during our trip. Spacious rooms with excellent pillows, modern design, quality toiletries, powerful hair dryer. Service was friendly. Lobby had a bar and pool table. Food menu and drinks available to room at a very normal and reasonable price. Automatic lights under the end tables provide a small amount of light when getting up to use the bathroom at night. If you don’t mind being a bit away from the center it’s a 10/10.

I think the only reason that most people book this hotel is that it's super close to Tongji University. Other part of it is decent. It was recently renovated but still cannot compete with real hotel brands. The color scheme and decor - bright red and contrasty black - is probably more youthful than those academic travelers going to Tongji for conferences and lectures. But it serves the purpose and is a decent place.

Clean hotel with a convenient location near metro and university. We were able to choose several breakfast options even as a vegans. Overall great experience!
