Wil je een mooi appartement hotel midden in Shanghai dan is Riverdale Residence Xintandi een uitstekende en niet te dure keus. Wij hadden de Deluxe kamer (kamer, slaapkamer, goede keuken en grote badkamer). De keuken heeft zelfs een nesspresso koffie machine. Het hotel ligt 10-20 minuten lopen van Yuyan garden (old city buildings), People Square/Nanging road en Xintandi. 2 metro stations (line 8, 14 en 10) op 500 meter. Ontbijt en service zijn uitstekend. Chris heeft ons geholpen met verzenden van een pakje binnen China. Ook haar collega's zijn zeer vriendelijk. We komen er zelf nu al 3 of 4 jaar.

The entire level and room smelled of smoke. The walls were stained and the toilet was dirty.

一房一厅，有小厨房和洗衣机 （对我而言非常重要）。 工作人员很热情，清洁到位，这个酒店位置闹中取静，又方便，我每次回上海常住必选。 虽然有些老，但很乾净。

我们经朋友推介预订了这间饭店的。必须说它的地理位置以及价格划算，性价比超高。步行十分钟左右能到新天地商场，附近餐厅选择丰富。酒店服务员非常友好和乐于帮助，我们早了到达酒店时已经很让我们直接入住；离开的当天我们下午的飞机，酒店都能让我们延迟退房，让我们可以在去机场前再好好休息一会。我们的房间窗外景色能看到明珠塔。不过房间和酒店内部装潢有点老旧，房间里得墙纸有开始剥落的感觉，排风口周边有老旧的痕迹。

Riverdale Residence Xintiandi is an absolute delight. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Its location is unbeatable: just a short walk to major attractions like Xintiandi, Huaihai Road, and the French Concession, yet tucked away from noisy boulevards, making it feel like a peaceful retreat.
The executive studio was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean! I loved the well-equipped kitchenette (great for light meals) and the in-room washing machine, which made longer stays effortless. The AC was a lifesaver in Shanghai’s heat, and I appreciated the strict no-smoking policy (no lingering smells anywhere!??).
What truly stood out was the thoughtful layout, smart storage, a comfortable workspace, and a nice bathroom. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the staff were helpful without being intrusive.
Final verdict? I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central yet serene home base in Shanghai. 10/10!

The hotel is well located, close to Dashijie station and the Xintiandi area.
The front desk and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room is a bit outdated, but the room and the kitchen are complete.
The breakfast has not many options, but for me, it was ok.
This place will be my first choice next time going to Shanghai.

房间很好，很晚到，前台态度也很好，甚至给升级了房间，里面的洗衣机、电冰箱、微波炉、灶台、锅具、烧水壶一应俱全，如果常住非常舒适，地铁也很方便，去虹桥火车站和上海南站都不需要换乘地铁
