酒店位置好，距地铁站一步之遥，附近就有大型商场。酒店设施齐全，居然早餐挺丰盛，超过预期。推荐高级房，装修新，环境好。工作人员很贴心，小廉服务态度很好。

酒店在漕宝路与桂林路交叉口，路对面即桂林公园站地铁口，12号线15号线，出行非常方便，前台小耿美女服务态度很好，碰到下雨，出门前台有雨??借，点赞！！！

出差在外最想要的就是舒适安静，虽然没有百分百的衞生乾净。但是标准化的流程，积极热情的服务才是出门住酒店想要的。阿姨热情，前台服务态度也很好。还让我记住了姓名：廉怡美女！她在前台服务热情活力满满！下次还来住

It is a good hotel. But not very interesting. It is located near the subway station line 12 but in general a little far from famous places in Shanghai. The dining part is good. The breakfast is good (Hope in the future they will have more varieties for foreigners). The lights in the room wasn't enough. In my mind the room was a little dark. Also, I think they need to clean windows better and also wash the curtains and carpets sometimes.

The front desk, Xiao Guo, Xiao lv, good service. There was free laundry. The subway station is right in front of the door, and it is very convenient to travel. It is a hotel that I highly recommend!

My family and I recently stayed at Yitel Premium Hotel for a total of 9 nights during our trip to Shanghai. Initially, we spent 3 nights here before travelling to other provinces. We enjoyed our stay so much that when we returned to Shanghai we chose to stay for another 6 nights. The hotels location is very convenient, with the subway station right across the street, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
We would like to give a special recognition to Xiao Yu (小鱼) for his exceptional assistance throughout our visit. His helpfulness truly enhanced our stay.?
The next time we visit Shanghai, Yitel Premium will definitely be our top choice. Highly recommend!!

The front desk was polite, kind and helpful, the hotel looks fine, location is perfect as it is located in front of Guilin park metro line 15, near to several malls and restaurants. I did not like the lighting in the room as it feels dark and too yellow feels like in the 80s or 70s , the rooms will get dusted quickly and easily, i would sneeze every few minutes, amenities are enough, view is good, breakfast is tasty. I wouldn’t comeback again.

I enjoyed my stay in Yitel a lot! Whether it was going out and coming back late at night to be greeted by friendly staff members, getting to the super close subway station or tianlin road to eat, or even staying in to order delivery, it was overall a super convenient and pleasant experience.
