每次住亚朵体验感都非常好，这次到的晚 凌晨才入住，前台贴心的提供了热的瓶装水，在降温的秋天涌进了一股暖流。第二天家人吹到风有点头痛感冒，和前台小姐姐沟通后立刻给我们办理了延迟退房，离店的时候送了小小的伴手礼～非常感谢！下次来上海亚朵仍然是我的首选??

酒店位置超便利，步行5分钟就到地铁站，周边餐饮购物都方便。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒适，隔音效果很好，睡得特别香。工作人员热情周到，办理入住退房高效，还耐心解答出行疑问。设施维护得很到位，洗漱用品齐全，热水稳定。性价比超高，下次来还选这里，推荐给计划出行的朋友～

Still a solid hotel overall. The room was well equipped and the staff were friendly. Some of the facilities are starting to show their age, but nothing major yet.

Great service????
The hotel staff helped my Dad, who is 86 and losing his hearing, in a smooth check in and check out; also helped my dad, who is not fluent in connecting WiFi and using mobile phone to call taxi, in an internet-connected stay and timely taxi ride. I highly recommend this hotel. I definitely will stay here in my next trip.
