给朋友订的房间，朋友很满意，有健身房，有停车场，有棋牌室，有餐厅，一应俱全，四星级酒店里麪性价比非常高的一家酒店，地理位置也很不错。前台李经理一如既往的提供了优秀的服务。

在这家酒店住的第三晚换到了行政套房
设施：
房间很大，与前两晚住的大床房相比，各种设施都很新。淋浴还是要站到浴缸里，但洗浴时浴缸下一直在渗水，流到了衞生间地面上，估计是防水胶没打牢。
换了大房间，更冷了，继续要求加被子。
当天是周末，楼下都是度周末的年轻人，喧闹声持续到深夜，20多层高，窗户竟然不太隔音。

周边环境不错。

行政套房可享受行政酒廊小食，但所谓行政酒廊不过是两个连通的小房间，自己刷卡进去，有咖啡机，有两种水果，一种零食，没有任何服务。

房间设施一般，主要是被子床有点潮，能感觉出来，但服务人员蛮好的，酒店位置也不错，没什么太多出彩的地方，性价比还可以

I was given an executive suite. However I switched to a different room. I am Shanghainese and quite familiar with the location. As a professional hotelier I found that the service level need to be lift up to the international standard. The carpet in the room and common area were not shampooed properly or regularly. Staffs in reception area were polite and respectful. One of the bellman was quite unprofessional and disrespectful. Also staffs in canteen needs to be trained properly. Where they withdraw the plates from the table should use courtesy language instead of silence gestures. I sincerely hope they well. It’s a great location in Shanghai.

Very good place. Comfortable, good views, spacious room, good gym, complete breakfast, reception team speaks English.
Pool more to practice swimming than for leisure. If gym opened one hour earlier would be great.

房间很干净，服务也很好的。窗外景色里有上海美丽的马勒别墅群。很美好的旅途住宿时间。房间的卫浴是干湿分离新式的。
