I was served by a slightly older lady when I first checked in and she was pleasant and friendly. Good English and warm. The location is close to the century ave metro and 5 mins walk from mall so it was easy to get around. A lot of nice food places nearby especially halal food. The room was abit warm (26 deg) and I couldn't change it. I woke up sweating. Didn't realise that you could open the window for cold wind. When I told the receptionist (a younger lady), she just brushed me off and said she couldn't do anything about it. Not even offer a solution to help. On the third day, the same pleasant receptionist served me and tried to propose some solution like change room and eventually offered a fan which I greatly appreciate. Overall, a good stay.

Dated room. Need a refurbishment. Shower inside a bathtub with a low ceiling. Location is good with macdonald just beside and a shopping centre too.

酒店比较老，但酒店设施配备齐全健身房会议室都有，衞生一直做的很好，服务都依然做到极致，附近地铁.打车都很方便 还有两个大型商场在附近

早餐选择很多，整体设施有点残旧，但还可以。
服务人员态度很好，而且认真
地理位置相当好对面就是世纪会，周边很多食肆。?
商务出差算是不错。

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Very convenient location (you can get to Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower within 10 minutes of drive). Also, the breakfast was really good, they had variety of selections.

立地がよくてショッピングセンターを通れば5分ぐらいで駅にいけます！
マリオットらしくサービスもよくて豪华でした。
朝食もよかったです！
少し设备が古くてエアコンの効きが良くなったです。

前台服务好 ，生日当天送了蛋糕小惊喜！酒店还给升了级，新装修后性价比就随之而升！遗憾的是早餐真的是我吃过同类型酒店中最差的 ，培根比薯片硬！只有白煮蛋，没有煎蛋？想说喝碗白粥吧，榨菜咸到无法入口哈哈 ，一碗米粉居然吃出了羊肉的味道（对羊肉过敏，可能是有孜然粉？）真的醉了。中途还看见服务员在冲泡豆浆粉之类的？我想说哪怕是冲泡的，不是应该在后厨准备好了拿出来的吗？不好意思了，作为一名曾经万豪的员工做出这样的点评，已经实属手下留情了。附上图片（希望下次可以有改良后的早餐！此次就免了！）
