I requested a high-floor room but was assigned a lower floor instead. The room had a strong smoke smell, and I noticed that the smoke detector had been blocked by a previous guest. The bed was dusty and felt unclean.
The overall value does not match the price — nearly SGD 100 per night. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited choices, and I was even served a spoiled yogurt. Additionally, my key card didn’t work on some of the lift card readers, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, it was a poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.

虹桥兖矿郁锦香酒店是上海锦江集团属下品牌酒店，管理到位，服务周到，特别是客房设施很好。酒店为我们升级入住智能大床房，房门打开则窗帘，空调，灯光及电视就自动打开，如客人离开房间外出则上述设施会自动关闭。即方便客人又环保节能。给予五星好评。

刚好朋友生日定在了郁锦轩中餐厅，服务员覃琴很热情，厨师长亲自帮我们配菜…有点受宠若惊呀！
菜系比较全説是融合菜，个人推荐陈皮牛肉、啫百合、手工水饺，用餐结束顺便安排了住宿，综合酒店设施齐全，很方便！！

对于这次入住郁锦香酒店，我觉得体验真的差，和之前入住的时候完全不一样，办理入住时，前台接待説的已经给我的房间做了升级，实际入住发现房间根本没有做过升级，入住后发现酒店房间被套是坏的，给前台打电话，我话都还没説完，前台就把我电话挂掉了，后来换了一个房间也是没有升级的房间，你们酒店前台简直就是骗子，后面一进房间，感觉这个房间多少一个星期没住过人了，全是灰，咖啡机上面沾满了糖，水壶里麪全是灰尘，你们客房阿姨做衞生就这么做的吗？房间这么脏还是卖给客户，简直是黑了心，洗澡的时候水压超级小，感觉断断续续的，洗个澡差点感冒，想换房，最后太晚了懒得换了，白天打电话给前台，刚説了话，挂电话超级快，我真的很想问一下，你们前台不等客人説完话就挂电话是酒店的标准还是服务人员态度都有问题？总之，这次入住体验很糟糕.

This hotel was great. I loved the sizes of the rooms and the bathrooms. My only issue is, there is no control of indoor smoking. Other guests will be smoking indoors with the fumes seeping all the way throughout the corridors. Are smoke alarms that difficult to install? What’s the point of getting a non-smoking room if people in other rooms are just smoking throughout the entire time? That’s definitely something that needs to change because if it’s a five star hotel, this is supposed to be a standard.

Golden Tulip Shanghai Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip Shanghai Hotel. The rooms were spacious, providing ample comfort, and the toilets and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious with a nice variety of options.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my cap behind, and the hotel kindly arranged to send it to my home address—such a thoughtful gesture!
Overall, my experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. ??
