已经住了好几次了，酒店对老顾客非常友好，因住得时间长，前台小姐姐这两次都给升级了房型，感谢小董、小楠、小恒的协调；感谢小徐给送来晚间酸奶，很满意。
酒店工作人员态度都很好，酒店早餐也挺丰盛。
下次出差，还会优选中油阳光酒店。

这次入住体验还是非常好的，酒店设施:乾净衞生，房间间也挺大的，浴巾浴袍都是密封的。位置:地理位置优越，去哪里都方便，陆家嘴中心位置，周边配套齐全。服务:大堂经理Lily服务很好，房间提前帮忙安排。下次来上海还是会继续选择这里！

酒店太棒了，停车场大大方方地上地下都免费，周边交通特别方便，去外滩，城隍庙，新天地，武康街统统地铁3元左右解决。关键是细节服务，以及备品设施，早餐，绝对超五星！比紫金山大酒店更棒！前台服务人员，每一个都超棒！免费升级了可以看全景的豪华大床房，真是超级体验！

Classy hotel, much better than the business class Marriotts. Big, plush room with comfortable bedding and very quiet. Nice view from high floor. 10-15 minute walk to Century Mall. Century Avenue Metro is below it with a direct line to People's Square and Pudong airport. Staff service is good but lacking in help with directions. I think they are more used to local business people than foreign travelers. As our flight was well after midnight, we paid for half a day extension. We asked numerous times if we could leave later but was repeatedly told until 6pm only. Luckily one of the ladies gave us to 7pm eventually. Also, when we asked if they had transport to give us a lift to the metro because we had baggage, it was a hard no. Find yourself a taxi, was the answer. Quite unhelpful, inflexible and unaccommodating in this sense. If they upped their service level to facilitate independent international tourists, I think this could be a great hotel.

Please don’t ask the person at the information desk to book a taxi for you. They order black taxis that are much more expensive than the normal ones. 180RMB from hotel to Pudong airport. They receive a kickback from the driver.

这家酒店地理位置优越，离公司很近，通勤超方便。环境十分优雅，房间布置温馨舒适。服务也很周到，住起来体验感很棒，下次还会选择。

前台服务人员挺好挺热情。房间不是很大但是很整洁，没有烟味，床挺舒服。我们房间窗外可以看到上海中心大楼。衞生间有点窄，里面乾净齐全，智能可冲洗马桶。
早上楼下自助餐花色和口味都不错。
酒店门口通车不是很方便，打车来车好几次都错过或者其他问题。

经友人推荐，我第一次入住上海中油阳光大酒店，酒店位置便利，房间宽敞明亮。
客房设施齐全舒适，乾净衞生，床寝很舒服。
