My hotel experience was very pleasant , from the moment I entered until the moment I left. The front desk JACOB was very fast and attentive , he knows what he is doing and does it very well, the manager HEB is very welcoming and respectful and helped me out to add extra pillows , the room was spacious and clean , the AC worked very well and the bed is really comfortable , the hotel is near the airport so you can listen to airplanes until 11 pm however it didn’t affect my sleep. I would happily stay again.

I had a very satisfying stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao.The room rate was very affordable compared to other hotels in the area, making it a great value for money. The service was excellent staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel also provided very good complimentary services, which made the stay even more comfortable and pleasant. In addition, the hotel is in a very strategic location with easy access to transportation and nearby facilities. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

这次来上海出差去七宝法庭开庭，住在七宝法庭附近，这家酒店非常适合出差，特别是需要打印文件的时候lily帮我处理好了特别及时，而且房间很大，灯光够，性价比特别高！

这次入住完全超出期待，从踏入大堂到办理退房都满心舒畅。酒店服务人员全程带着微笑，房间更是惊喜，推门就闻到淡淡的清香，衞生做得堪称极致，床品洁白如新，衞生间无一丝水渍，连角落都乾乾净净，洁癖患者表示极度满意。床铺柔软适中，睡眠很浅的我一夜好眠，贴心的是细节处的用心：床头提供眼罩耳塞，赠送水果也是超级丰富，连洗漱用品的质感都很出众。酒店地理位置也很优越，出门打车几分钟就能到机场地铁站，格外方便。客房服务员沈萍的主动问候和餐厅Yolanda的热情微笑让我优越，无论是服务、环境还是设施都无可挑剔，已经推荐给同行的朋友，下次来还选这里！
