An excellent stay in every aspect. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always attentive to every detail. The level of service was outstanding, from the spotless cleanliness of the rooms to the efficiency of the room service.
The breakfast was absolutely magnificent, with a wide variety of high-quality options and impeccable presentation. Every request was handled with care and a genuine smile.
What truly made the difference was the extraordinary kindness of the staff. When I needed to check my child’s temperature, they immediately brought a thermometer to our room without hesitation. This small but thoughtful gesture made us feel truly cared for.
A place where hospitality is not just a service, but a real value. Highly recommended.

性价比很高的酒店，临近圣诞氛围和浓厚。一进门礼宾服务很好，宾至如归。一如既往的洲际水准，早餐到十点半，还能延迟退房到下午两点，太适合我睡懒觉了

1314年的时候常住这里 一直都很喜欢 十多年没住了 其实这次我本来有点担心会不会太旧 但是事实上担心是不必要的 因为还是那么舒服 跟以前比也没有太旧 保持的很好 氛围还是很舒服 服务也还是么好 床品满分 睡的特别好
