?????????? An Unforgettable Stay – 100/10 Experience!
My stay at Joya Hotel Shanghai Lujiazui was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.
The hotel itself is fascinating, extremely aesthetic, and beautifully designed, every corner feels elegant and calming. The room was perfect, spotless, and the river view was a solid 10/10, absolutely breathtaking both day and night.
The service is beyond excellent (10/10). The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even though English is not very common and communication in China can sometimes be challenging, the staff here go above and beyond to help, with patience and a big smile.
A special and heartfelt thank you to Alpin and Doris at the reception ??
They were outstanding, so friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly made my stay smooth and memorable. Despite any language barriers, they always insisted on helping and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
They also provide luggage storage for any one who need so its a plus ??
The room is in the 22nd floor?
The checkout is spposed to be at 2pm they made mus do late checkout after 4:30pm !??

今年的跨年我选择了禧玥，第一次住，太惊喜了！非常不错！带着一岁三个月的宝宝入住，围栏提前电话联系，入住时已经帮忙安好，十分感谢！最喜欢的是岛台的设计，因为经常要给宝宝冲奶，弄水果，有了岛台简直太赞了，而且洗漱的时候都能看到宝宝！最开心的事，安排的江景房景色真的很好，孩子每天起床都要对着黄浦江喝奶，蹲在那里看江。
设施：设施很新！美中不足是坐便器有点高，我想是后期安装了加热马桶盖的原因。
服务：服务很好，很热心。
重点説一下早餐，真的好好吃，种类很多，三天不重复，强烈推荐牛肉米线！！
下次带娃还来～

还可以的 前台很好帮我和朋友安排在同一层隔壁间。
酒店酒廊的酒可以带回房间喝，个人觉得夜景比白天好看，普通房型没有浴缸，然后下水味道有点大。其他都还好。外卖可以机器人送上楼。
