位置：交通便利，酒店门口左手边就是地铁站，可以到龙阳坐磁悬浮列车，到浦东机场8分钟。距离会展中心特别近，特别方便。
服务：酒店工作人员服务态度非常好，贴心服务，能够满足我的服务需求，特别感谢Roger 。

Hotel needs upgrades and maintenance. Furniture looks tired and worn. Bed is very soft and not supporting the body well. Breakfast is very average in quality not too appetizing in spite of selection. Hotel needs to benchmark better with other newer and more innovative hotels with generous offerings like Savhe on North Bund. Free breakfast, tea time, late night supper at Sahve topped with free laundry done by butler. Receptionist here is not helpful compared to Savhe where they really try to help and make customers happy. Bathroom has no privacy which restricts stay with a child. Will not come back here if I had better choices near the exhibition center in the future.

设施：很整洁，东西齐全
衞生：很乾净，保洁阿姨每天都打扫，帮忙叠衣服被子，消耗品补充的也很及时
环境：酒店确实有些年头，整体装修比较复古中式，刚好来出差房间位置很好
服务：服务很好，地下停车场也是免费停车的，酒店前台非常热情，感谢Roger小哥的热心服务，住店很满意，下次还会再来

离我们要去的展馆很近。其实可以感觉到整个酒店所有服务员都很努力，但是有些地方又有点不尽人意。比如入住时因为脚受伤了，和前台説希望离电梯近一点，但还是给了要走很久很久的房间。比如酒店有个22-23年拿过米其林一星的餐厅，但是餐厅的服务员态度和口味真的是不怎么样，还不如酒店一楼大堂的自助餐味道烧的好。确实是个还有很大进步空间的酒店

除了离展馆近，其他真的一言难尽。大堂修的挺气派的，房间设施很老，瓷砖破的修修修补补的用，没有电动马桶，床翻身咯吱咯吱的，mini吧给你送的饮料就一次，住几天都一样，不给补。早餐区域油烟味很大，咖啡贼难喝。总之不是非必要完全可以选性价比更高的酒店。

Very good hotel,staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Tommy from front desk,the staff tried their very best to help guests to solve their problem.
Hotel location very near to the expo center and also conveniently located.
