Staff was very nice and friendly. We booked a room upgrade by check in for the room with the riverview. The view is great!
Room is clean and big. Everything you need is in there. The metro is a few minutes walk.

The staff are friendly. We had a smooth check in and check out specially Mr Jun. They clean our rooms everyday and changes sheets and towels. Pleasant smell in the lobby and very quiet location.

Hotel located at very strategic location, less than 5 minutes walk to Metro Station and around 8 minutes walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.
Hotel receptionist Lily was efficient and friendly during our check in and provided us some small gift during check out, which makes our experience comfortable and nice. Hotel also helped us to collect our parcels making it very convenient to shop online.
Our room was spacious and relatively cheap compared to hotel at this location considering it is Shanghai and near many famous location. They also have free gym and self laundry services.
However there were a few points that could be improved. For hotel of 12 floors, only 1 lift that was functioning and the other lift was out of service throughout our stay, making sometimes waiting for lift over 5 minutes. The soundproofing of the hotel was also not very good. For the room we gotten, we can hear people walking past our room early in the morning and late at night (midnight) and people doing renovation or repair as early as 9am.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended.

酒店还不错，房间乾净宽敞明亮，设施方便健身房自助洗衣房也很方便，陈设布局比较舒服，还是蛮有格调的，前台服务做得也很不错，晚上住宿环境蛮安静的，住的满意。

酒店前台服务很好，酒店靠近1号线地铁站新闸路步行大概3分钟，距离南京步行街10分钟路程，离人民广场也比较近，酒店挺好的，下次还来推荐。很满意的一次出行

强力推荐！
前台服务态度非常好，有问必答，亲切又友好，还可以帮忙代收快递。整体环境舒适，地理位置非常方便，步行即可到南京街，约10分钟步行路程可到静安大悦城。
我们入住的是套房，房间很新，也非常安静，很适合带小朋友的家庭入住。我们是两位大人加两位小孩，空间充足、住得很舒服。清洁阿姨也非常友好，让人感觉很贴心。
整体入住体验非常满意，强烈推荐！

The front desk staff provided excellent service — friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer questions. They also assisted with parcel collection. The environment is comfortable, and the location is very convenient. It’s within walking distance to Nanjing Road, and about a 10-minute walk to Joy City Jing’an.
We stayed in a suite that was very new and quiet, making it ideal for families with children. We are two adults with two kids, and the space was more than sufficient and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and friendly.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

来上海旅游选对了酒店真的太加分！上海广场嘉廷酒店的体验完全超出预期，必须认真好评～ 酒店位置绝了，步行4分钟就到新闸路地铁站6号口，去南京路步行街、人民广场溜达十分钟就到，打卡外滩、四行仓库也超方便，出门就是苏州河景观步道，夜景格外惬意，前台服务超级好，很乐于助人，推荐推荐！！

Staff is very friendly, I had a problem with the card and they helped me anyway. The room is so spacious, clean. It’s very near the center, but the price is good. Clean hotels are very difficult to find in big cities, this one is a true gem! 100% will come back again ??
Lo staff è super gentile, Ho avuto un problema con la carta e mi hanno comunque aiutata. La camera è spaziosa, pulita, è molto vicina al centro, ma il prezzo è molto buono. Trovare delle stanze pulite in città come Shanghai è molto difficile, e questa è una gemma preziosa! 100% tornerò di nuovo ?? PS: mi sono sentita super coccolata ??
