The staff is attentive with clear explanation and helped to push luggage to my room. She helped to arrange my room to the quiet area, as there were construction around the hotel surrounding. There is robot for food delivery up to room too. They use wechat to communicate, hence can asked for help via wechat which was very helpful.
The room was spacious and clean.
Not the best location, if travelling around with subway, it is around 10-15mins walking distance to the nearest station.
The hotel lobby is not at the ground level, which mean need to drag the luggage up before reaching the check in counter, with no one helping.

酒店房间很大，设施齐备，非常美观，一起服务人员态度极好，热情主动。早餐种类丰富，味道很不错，还提供夜宵。

房间面积可以，很乾净整洁，有机器人送餐，有洗衣房。出门就是公交车站。步行500米有地铁4号线，周边有来福士，白玉兰广场有12号线，吃喝玩乐购物很方便，去北外滩不远。酒店有提前联系告知酒店附近有政府工程施工7点到晚十点有噪音，我们出游没受影响。晚上挺安静。早上有早餐，味道可以就是品种少些。酒店服务热心周到，接触的每个服务人员都很好。

酒店的位置很好找，酒店门口有免费停车，去外滩豫园打车几分钟就到了，这次是带妈妈孩子来玩的，妈妈很满意，酒店人员服务热情，房间设施齐全，衞生乾净，退房的时候前台还送了小礼物给小朋友，小朋友很喜欢，下次过来还会继续选择漫心酒店的。
