Everything is good. Self laundry machine are really useful for us that had been travelling in China for extended period. Shuttle bus is available for Pudong airport, disneyland and the Bund. Staffs are friendly too. Staying 2 nights here are truly enjoyable experience.

The best hotel, value for money, 5 min shuttle to Disneyland (both ways). FREE shuttle. Very punctual, no delay at all. Departure from Disneyland every 30 minutes in the evening, driver will update us upon drop off in the morning. Parking bays :600 for Novotel shuttle. 10 minutes walk to Disneyland gate.
Shuttle from Airport also very punctual, just follow instructions from concierge, need to walk out from international arrival hall to different building, just ask police around, there more than happy to guide you there. 30 minutes ride from airport to Novotel
Free mineral water, can request whenever runout on daily basis. We stay for family room for 5 pax, both king size bed.
The best thing for Muslim travellers, a local Muslim restaurant open at 630am till 11pm, just in front of Novotel, 1 minutes walk. Nothing can beat this convenient.
We heading to The Bund upon checkout, we're taking shuttle too. FREE service. We will come again to Novotel as we not able to complete all the rides in Disneyland (we missed out Zootopia and Seven Dwarf), 90 minutes waiting time even on Jan 6th 2026.

I love how the hotel feels so welcoming , the staff would go beyond their way to make it so comfortable for staying, There’s so much activity that there’s no way you could get bored here, the food is also delicious I like how there so many variations of food, the staff cares about everyone here and provide all the things needed

很好的酒店 住得很舒服 尤其一整面大窗透进阳光来很惬意 周边挺乾净的 最主要是离地铁站近 到迪士尼一站地铁 周边外卖选择也很多 推荐！

Good location with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was well organized, and there are many bus routes nearby, making it easy to get around.

酒店服务很周到，离地铁站很近，去迪士尼坐地铁一站路。酒店也配备了大巴，迪士尼来回接送太方便了????酒店国外友人居多，昨天早上去迪士尼一车人，会讲中文的自己人只有四五个??

酒店衞生环境好，设施较新，地理位置优越。去迪士尼只需要10几分钟车程。酒店提供去外滩，豫园，机场大巴接送服务，只需要提前预约。早餐品种多样，服务态度也好，比较满意。

亲子出游上迪很好的选择，首先因为有接送穿梭巴士，而且班次足够多（高峯期15分钟一般），距离迪士尼停车场也只有十分钟车程，没有感觉到不方便。
为了住的舒服，我定的家庭房，有两张1.8米大床，感觉从入住的舒适度来讲，比不了乐园酒店，但比玩总还是要好的。元旦假期期间1400一间含三早，比起上迪自营酒店，性价比还是拉满了。
早餐品种比较丰富，基本跟预期相符。意外的是他们中餐厅的菜品价位比较合理，口味也不错，推荐尝试。
最后是服务，服务真的是特别特别好，不管是领班还是一般服务人员，都会让你感觉到她们是发自内心地真心为住客着想，服务特别细致。
但作为亲子酒店，建议家庭房还是要多设定一些，尤其是一张大床+一张小床的配置，毕竟去上迪带10岁左右的孩子出行应该是最多的。
综合考虑还是很优秀的，以后再出游上迪的话，会优先考虑这家酒店。

整体入住体验还是很好的。酒店大堂很大，里面有各种娃娃机和礼品店，还有一个比较小的游乐场。早餐丰富，酒店班车很多。酒店离地铁站也比较近，大约步行5-9分钟，去迪士尼一个站。房间乾净整洁，整体比较舒适。最后离店还送了小朋友一个礼物。感谢前台小姐姐 - 李哈哈，服务特别好，讲话细致温柔。
