The hotel was in a pretty good location, about 5 minutes from a train station but pretty much a 20/25 minute walk from a lot of hot spot places. Yu Garden 20 mins, Bund 25 mins, peoples park and the museum about 15 mins. Food and coffee was available all around us from early morning till late night as well as a family mart.
Also a great location if you’re looking for halal food around you. There are about 4 restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking (all pretty similar but good)

A+ for Empathy and Efficiency ?
I had booked two nights but encountered an urgent emergency upon arrival. Even though I had already checked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating when I explained the situation. They promptly agreed to refund one night without any hassle, demonstrating genuine care. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. I will without a doubt choose this hotel on my next visit.

Disappointed for the hotel. I booked bigger room and found out it had cigarette smell... the hotel moved me to smaller room without any compensation...

1：淋浴间的沐浴露按下不回弹，无法使用。
2：淋浴间晾衣绳坏的，进房间就这样垂在地上。
3：淋浴间顶掉墙皮，发霉，淋浴间霉味严重。
4：房间空调制热没效果，进房间多少度，开一晚上还是多少度。完全没有任何用。
5：告知携程客服后，携程积极处理，对于携程客服很满意，携程客服和酒店经理协商处理，酒店完全不予理会任何协商，对于硬件设施的老旧本应前置化解决，并不是等客人提起时反而质疑没有告知前台，难道不检查房间？
