之前住过，很好的一家酒店，工作人员很热情，客房乾净整洁，送物有机器人，很有意思。晚上也有自助餐，比较丰盛。客房里麪拉了一个充电器，服务员很快帮我送到了前台，下次还会来住

★★★★★ An Absolutely Perfect Family Stay - Exceeded All Expectations!
Our family just returned from an incredible trip to Shanghai, and the Royal Century Hotel was a massive part of making it so special. We are so, so happy we picked this hotel!
From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with every question we had. They made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The family rooms were fantastic – spacious, clean, and very comfortable for all of us. It was the perfect retreat after busy days of exploring.
A HUGE highlight was the free shuttle bus to Disneyland. It was incredibly convenient, reliable, and took all the stress out of getting there and back. This service alone is worth its weight in gold for families.
I have to give a special shout-out to the managers at the front desk. They went above and beyond to assist us, offering great local tips and always greeting us with a warm smile. They are a true asset to the hotel! And they spoke English
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Thank you, Royal Century, for helping create such happy memories for our family. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Shanghai

因为距离浦东机场20多分钟的车程，所以选择了这家酒店，整体来説非常满意，前台免费升级了房型，价格很便宜，品质却很高。

最近圣诞节 酒店的圣诞氛围超浓 餐厅的早饭也很好吃 地理位置很好 去哪里都很方便 前台的kelly和Dana服务热心 后面还会来住的

这次入住体验非常满意，酒店的服务态度超级好，尤其是前台的Wendy Judy jennie 办入住时非常有耐心，语气温和，印象很深刻。酒店的位置也很不错交通便利，房间内的设施非常齐全，乾净整洁。
