有水果，每天还送一杯银耳羹，房间超级大，景区内一样特别漂亮，还很安静，送机当天还给安排的专车司机，下次去迪士尼还会入住

好逛好拍的酒店，布局设计美观又合理。早餐中规中矩，十点半前吃完早午餐，一天两餐就足够了。赠送的古风旅拍还行，不过也没有很惊艳，毕竟是免费的。

房间布局合理，园区景色宜人，房间还带着一个小院子，里面绿植很漂亮！特别要説一下前台的值班经理和工作人员，非常的nice，热情认真的帮忙解决问题，整体讲值得五星好评，下次还会入住的！

We have so wonderful stay at this old style chinese royal garden and the palace so clean and luxurious, the complimentary photographer is so nice and friendly, the costume and makeup provided is really beautiful overall. Thank you to Royal Garden for this unforgettable experience.

We had the most amazing day with the photographer, they offer me 3 free photo which looked amazing and my daughter loved them. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit. Also, the hotel room is very clean and big room. For sure, we will book again to stay in this fantastic hotel.

Pros: Great environment, buildings all look beautiful and out of a suzhou scenery. Service is also great. Also have pick up from the airport which is very convenient
Cons: Takes ~1 hour to get into the city center on the line 2 subway. Only 1 large mall around which is 1 stop away on the line 2 subway.

The service was incredible and full of care: we received a fruit platter in the room upon check-in and had a sweet dessert soup for free as well. The highlight for us is the opportunity to have professional photos taken by a photographer, have makeup done and picked out a 1930s Chinese outfit.
Location: It is far from the city center but it very close to the PuDong airport, disney (hotel has shuttles) and is a 5 min walk to line 2 subway.

房间每天都有打扫，服务人员都很愿意解答我的问题。环境没得像一幅画。靠近地铁站真的很方便。很适合亲子游。如果可以严禁旅客在酒店范围内抽烟那就最好不过了！

入住体验感非常不错，去迪士尼有班车接送，酒店环境很好，每次来上迪都会会优先考虑他们家，房间衞生很乾净，设施齐全，Brian Lee 服务很好，工作人员都特别热情。值得推荐[玫瑰]
