Great position, the staff at the reception was very nice and friendly, helpful and speaking English well. The building is old, I found some black hair on the floor of the bathroom and the bedsheets had a couple of holes from cigarettes. But for a short stay is perfect because of the location. AC is great, mattress is hard (but I like that).

Seventh Heaven hotel is a relative old hotel for Shanghai but well maintained. The location of the hotel directly at the busiest Nanjing walking street is certainly his main positive aspect and despite that, it is very quiet in the rooms. The hop-in hop-off touristic bus stops just in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

Está un poco anticuado pero la ubicación lo compensa todo. A unos pasos andando del parque del pueblo y del bund hacia el otro lado, en plena nanjing road. El personal muy amable

Останавливаемся в ?это отеле второй раз.очень довольны.находиться в самом центре,рядом два метро,очень удобное местоположение.номера чистые,убирают каждый день,вода ,чайник тапки,в номере все удобства!рекомендую!

нам отель понравился...Единственный минус - заселили не по приезду, а в два часа, попросили подождать. После очень долгой дороги это тяжело. Но мы тут же в отеле на этаже ресепшена пообедали. Номер очень старенький, но чистый. Постель большая, удобная. Воду приносили каждый день, полотенце меняли каждый день. Кондиционер работал шумно, но сильно не мешал...привыкаешь к нему)))...огромный плюс отеля - расположение - прямо на Нанкинской улице! очень круто! До метро идти не очень близко, минут 10 с чемоданами... до выхода 14 ...и чуть ближе до выхода 20 . Если идти на соседнюю улицу, куда идет человек перед отелем, то там много заведений, где можно позавтракать не дорого, а так же супермаркеты. Очень удобно! Спасибо!

地理位置绝佳的老酒店，在南京东路上，出门非常方便，周围吃喝玩超级便利，设施有点老旧，整体感觉还是挺满意的，酒店的工作人员很客气，性价比很高，尤其是这个地理位置，酒店看得出来曾经在旧上海的繁华，虽然现在的设施有点老旧，但老上海的风韵还在，过道里看到老外也选择入住的这个酒店

Stayed at the Seventh Heaven Hotel recently, and here’s my take. The location was undeniably excellent (5/5), making it a breeze to access nearby attractions and business hubs—ideal for business travelers. However, cleanliness (3/5) and service (3/5) were average. While the rooms were habitable, they lacked the sparkle one might hope for, and staff, though polite, weren’t particularly proactive. Amenities (2/5) were a letdown; limited offerings and outdated facilities left much to be desired. In summary, if location is your top priority, this hotel works. But don’t expect luxury in amenities or standout service. With some tweaks to cleanliness and upgrades to facilities, it could shine brighter. For now, it’s a functional choice for short business stays, but manage those amenity expectations.
