Nice and comfortable stay at the Sheraton. The hotel deco is a bit outdated but the rooms are nice and spacious. The reception staff although very helpful, but were not friendly and welcoming. You are just treated like a number when you approach them.

酒店虽然有点年头，但设施的质量还是不错，衞生间很大，空调很足很暖和。前台小妹妹lucky的服务很好，很热情????????????
可以改进的地方：电视要是能换成可以投屏的更好，早餐略显简单。

房间整洁，衞生清洁，温馨布置，窗外能远眺浦江，服务人员态度很好，出游正直圣诞节，大堂布置的圣诞气氛非常热烈，外面冷风嗖嗖，大堂温暖舒适！地理位置优越，交通方便，是出游的首选！

We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel totally met our expectations. The hotel is located right outside of line 4 subway exit. The staff were very nice, helpful, and responsive. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The air conditoner actually worked! The thing I love the most was there is no smell of smoke. Breakfast is very grand. We will definitelystay here again .

入住体验感很好，前台小姐姐Lynn很热情，房间不错床很舒服，孩子连着玩了两天的泳池，下次还来住。
