I highly recommend this new and very clean hotel in a newly developed area by the river. It’s 3 min.walk to Line 14 metro station. It takes 15 min. by taxi to Pudong intl.exhibition center, or 40 min by public bus no.22. Breakfast was good with a fusion of local and western styles. Some rooms in upper floors have river view, city view rooms gives a skyline view of the city. Staff was very kind and helpful.

My second time staying check in here. Upon my request they allowed me to stay back same suite.
Helpful staffs always carrying warm smile
Great breakfast choices. WORTH the price you pay for tje service. Somerset always my choice of stay in China.
Great location as it is near the MRT.

What a wonderful time me & my mom had in this hotel! We lived on the 29th floor with a wonderful view on the bridge and the other side of the river. The view is more than just amazing! The location is perfect too. The closest metro station is in 2 mins and in green color which directly brings you to the most famous locations just in 10 mins. The breakfast menu was always so different and delicious. A special big thanks for broccoli and pineapple rice!
I will definitely come back to this hotel in 2026! Already counting days and miss Shanghai!

My stay at Somerset Pudong Riverside Shanghai was absolutely amazing!
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, the rooms were spotlessly clean, well maintained every day, and there was no sign of dust or mess anywhere. The entire apartment felt fresh, neat, and almost brand new.
The location is excellent — just 250 meters from the Huangpu River, within 5–10 minutes’ walking distance to the metro stations (Pudong Avenue or Deping Road), and only 4 km from the Lujiazui CBD. There is a 7-Eleven right downstairs and a Family Mart across the road, with supermarkets nearby as well. Walking along the riverside promenade is truly enjoyable.
The service was truly commendable ,the staff were very friendly, always ready to help, and responded quickly to any questions. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude made the stay even more pleasant.

体验非常好，所有设施非常便利，期待之后再次入住。地理位置非常好，距离歇浦路地铁站比较近，步行3分钟即可到达，非常方便。

觉得装修还可以，面积比较小，我住过的雅诗阁或盛捷里面最小的面积，另外就是淋浴间的水太小了（比汉庭或锦江之星还小），根本就不能好好冲淋，而且淋浴间的热水还是加电加热的那种

酒店地理位置优越，距离陆家嘴主要商业区和浦东国际机场都挺近的，设施超新的，环境也很好，公寓维护的不错，也很安全，最主要是工作人员也很专业每次都让我感觉到宾至如归，每次回来住都很开心，周边也很方便安静。

酒店环境乾净整洁，房间宽敞明亮，床品舒适，一入住就有放松的感觉。前台服务热情专业，办理入住和退房都很高效。位置也很便利，周边餐饮和交通都很方便。本来想先体验一下是什么样子的不过整体体验非常满意，又续住了，下次也会再来。
