这次入住体验真的满分！必须重点夸夸前台和客房管家的服务～前台小姐姐办入住又快又贴心，主动帮我们安排了视野超棒的高层房间，还详细介绍了周边玩法和酒店设施，又温柔又专业，一路的疲惫都没了！客房管家也特别周到，房间提前就收拾得乾净整洁，需要多备洗漱用品几分钟就送到，响应超快。不管什么需求都能及时满足，细节处处显贴心。
酒店位置好设施全，服务还这么暖心，绝对是出行首选！下次来上饶一定还住这儿～

这家酒店入住前都会提前打电话换询问入住要求，态度也很好，会按照喜好安排房间。酒店大厅有提供欢迎茶水。房间舒适乾净，床垫很舒服睡着，服务人员热情周到。前台笑脸待客，有求必应，服务周到，提升酒店形象!再来上饶还会选择嘉华酒店，OMG不错。

We had an excellent stay at Wanda Realm Shangrao. The hotel is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness in both the rooms and public areas. Its location is perfect — convenient for exploring the city and easy to access. The amenities are top-class, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A truly nice and wonderful hotel with staff that are considerate and helpful. Only issue I can say I had was the bathtub plug allowing for water to drain away. A hotel I will be happy to stay at again in future visits to Shangrao.
