  location is good, near to the east gate, convenient to travel to other attractions outside of dukezong ancient town (such as pudacuo national park) as taxis/buses do not drive into the ancient town. the heating system is only turned on at night and it isn't very good, can feel a bit cold when the weather is around zero degrees. the room is also equipped with an oxygen machine in case one experiences altitude sickness, and a humidifier as the air there is fairly dry. when we arrived on the first day, snacks in the form of local delicacies were provided which tasted nice. the staff are friendly and helpful too.

  There is nothing for us to complain. It is really a plus point for the pick up service from the railway station to the hotel. Room is really good. The staff is a group of friendly people.

  Super friendly and helpful staff who went over and above to ensure our comfort. Not only did they pick us up from the railway station, they also offered us their homemade dessert and a tray of local snacks on check-in. The room was very well equipped and came with an oxygen concentrator. The location of the accommodation is perfect as it’s very close to the main square.

  The location is good, right next to the gate of the Old town. The owner and the staff were very helpful. They also helped us to book the tour to Balagezong which was a blast. The room was very clean and had no smoking smell.
