酒店环境很好，老板和老板娘人很热情，酒店位置也不错，在古镇里能有这样的住宿个人觉得很好了，还给我们免费升级到了家庭房，早餐的米线口味也是杠杠的。老板还推荐我们去了巴拉克宗游玩

1，老板人非常好，我们一到酒店就关照如果有高反随时都可以找他，半夜小姨有高反，老板给安排了制氧机和药；
2，房间很大，设施齐全，配套完善，还有水果，非常乾净舒适；
3，早饭有稀粥、玉米、鸡蛋、米线，特别要夸奖一下老板做的米线，比饭店的好吃，非常赞！
真的是非常棒的客栈，10分好评，推荐！

房间和图片上一模一样，两张床之间有隔断，非常适合亲子一大家人来住。服务态度很好，很热情。晚上很安静，睡得很好。位置好，离顺顺小吃很近，离也比较近。按照高德地图去大佛寺和转经筒步行8分钟，超近。早餐包括玉米、小米粥、鸡蛋，米线很好吃。

Loved the design of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Location is convenient walk to old city main square and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

We wish we could spend more nights here. The staffs were so helpful and insightful. The location of the hotel is strategic, not so far from the shops and main attractions.

I wondered why nobody find out this hotel. It’s treasure. Affordable price. Excellent location. Is a family run business. Love every single details of the rooms. Love the heating floor which really keep us warm. Friendly host. Must come to see yourself

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate.
The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked.
The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up.
A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months:
1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in.
2. Proper bath towels are essential.
3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor.
4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).
