是很有特色的藏式风格的小院，装修很大气，住在三楼窗朝内的房间，蛮有特色的。老板亲自接送机，很方便，位置距离独克宗古城也很近，走几分钟就到，去龟山公园，四方广场都很方便，只是不含吸氧哦~

The hotel is very beautiful, meticulously invested in every detail. The owner directly manages the operation, so it will not be like a hotel. However, the boss is really enthusiastic and cares about customers. Even though the boss doesn't speak English, we can communicate via wexin or the translation app. The boss helped us buy bottles of Oxygen and book a bus to Pudacuo Park and Songzanlin. The hotel provides free pick up and drop off to Shangrila station, which is very convenient for us.

My recent stay at Tseten Wangmo Resort was truly an unforgettable experience. The hospitality of the family who runs the hotel was outstanding. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.
The hotel itself exudes local charm and offers a genuine taste of Yunnan's rich cultural heritage. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches that added to the overall ambiance.
What truly set this hotel apart was the personal touch and warmth of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering great tips on local attractions and even helping to arrange transportation.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-la City. It provides a unique and heartwarming experience that you won't find in larger, more impersonal hotels. Thank you to the wonderful family for making my holiday so special!

Highly recommended for a wonderful and grateful experience. The hosts are very fine people who actually put their guests needs first with genuine effort and humility. Simply the best checkin/checkout ever experienced. I would strongly recommend staying here for those who appreciate Tibeten culture and hospitality. I would not hesitate to visit here again the next time.

A nice B&B managed by a couple. The location is good and near the ancient town. It was good that the room has floor heating in a cold winter time. The lady manager was friendly and helpful to carry my luggage up and down the stairs and even gave me a free drop off to the Shangri-La airport. They have few cute cats in the hotel. Just wish they provide free breakfast. Overall the stay was nice.

Beautiful house and friendly host. I like the ******* design and careful consideration in the room layout. The location is very convenient, walking distance to attractions and many delicious food nearby.
I wanted to thank our beautiful host, she provided many wonderful tips and coordination to attractions.. Balagezong, Pudacuo, Guihill etc which made my experience in Shangri-la so memorable and fun. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay here. It had a great location to Ancient City and close to the street for easy Didi/ taxi. The room was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. It’s nice to support both small businesses and ******* owned businesses.
