设施：还行，但木制洗手盆因为潮湿开始老旧木霉
环境：很市中心，靠近月光广场
服务：如果住上3晚，有包括接站服务，非常周到，还有每天会自动放2瓶矿泉水给你饮料，还有一些预防小袋袋

This place is incredible! The energy from the people and Hulu (their dog) is love. Same with the energy of the place! All builded with wood and traditional ******* rooms. I’ve spent a really good time. I’ll come back! ??

Very nice hostel near the old town. We rented trekking equipment. Clean, the toilet is a squatting toilet. Nice owners

It was very nice being picked up by Michael from the train station, This service is being offered when you book more than 2 nights.
I decided to cancel the second night after I noticed how unclean the room was.
This room (king size) needs a deep cleaning. All the pipes were covered with dust, hair was found in the drain on the floor, the carpet had stains, the kettle had molded leaves in it, the sheets had holes.
Upon arrival I used the restroom in a just vacated, not cleaned guest room, since the office has no restroom.
Front desk Lin and Michael are helpful and friendly, but not always available since they have multiple tasks.
This inn is more like a bit of a run down hostel. Pics look great, but reality is that the inn needs more attention.
Location was okay, about a five minute walk from the Main Street in Old Town.
It’s a place to crash for one night. I think though, if you pay a little more, you could get a better, cleaner place.

和闺蜜一起出来旅行，住到了氛围最好的一家客栈！可以在客厅坐着聊聊天 认识新的夥伴，客栈还有户外俱乐部，可以带客人去徒步，还能购买装备，下次来徒步还来他家

假期带着孩子来到香格里拉旅游，在网上订的酒店，环境很好，都是木制阁楼，很有藏区风格。老板很年轻，人也不跟错，办完入住，还给我们推荐当地旅游攻略，介绍景点。而且老板还亲自开车接送我们到吃饭的地方（土司宴来回10多公里）。一路上很热情的跟我们交流。老婆孩子第二天要到松赞林寺拍照，老板还帮我们安排了租服装和化粧的店家，还把拍照的摄影师都安排好了，真的好贴心，好周到。而且都不用自己去，直接上门接送。很感谢老板带来的体贴，已经留了联系方式，下次来一定还住他家。

很满意 离香格里拉站十几分锺 步行到独克宗古城几分钟 房间布置藏式 衞生乾净 周边也很安静 住宿体验很好 房间内有电热毯 加湿器 完全不用担心夜间低温 整个客栈的环境很好 家人都説这次住宿很好 老板服务也很好
