In my many days here in Yunnan, this hotel provide the best service ever !! Please try their homemade tea at the lobby, it keeps you warm and good for cold weather. The laoban and his wife are kind as well !! Had a very pleasant stay here, really recommed for my muslim friends out there. Halal restaurant also reachable & Dukezong Ancient Town as well.

房间的设施很完善，姐姐人很好，知道我们第一次来高原还叮嘱了我们很多注意事项，还免费给我们升级的房间，体验感绝了，前台的预防高反欢迎饮品也很好喝，暖暖的。
我们住了两晚姐姐还接送我们去了高铁站

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The hotel kindly arranged a pickup from the train station, which made our journey much more convenient.
Upon check-in, we were welcomed with complimentary tea and chocolates, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very welcome. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and comfortable throughout our stay.
Renting e-bikes was also very easy. Since we arrived in the afternoon and rented the bikes for one and a half days, the hotel even offered us a discount, which we really appreciated.
As Shangri-La can be quite cold, the hotel also lent us scarves to keep warm when we went out. This small but thoughtful service showed how much they care about their guests' comfort.
Overall, the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shangri-La and would gladly stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff with amazing support and service. Can also rent an ebike from the hotel. In the middle of old town with many restaurants and stuff to visit nearby
