酒店环境非常好??有国际标准，服务非常到位，随叫随到，和闺蜜一起来玩，闺蜜也很喜欢这里。酒店的床实在太舒服啦！为了住这个酒店，又多留下来一晚。前台小林和小蔡服务热情，帮我们寄存行李??，太亲切了啊！好喜欢小林和小蔡????????

来潮汕的第二天入住的酒店～汕头市中心
前台办理速度很快～还有旅游指南，入住大床房 房间面积不大～但是衞生乾净～
衞生：衞生间的衞生还是可以的～
地处万象城附近 步行2.3分钟就可以到达～吃喝玩乐很方便 超多选择
去附近的景点 打个车8-10分钟就可以到了 真的很便捷 不错
价格在这地段也是挺合理的….

地理位置很好，去龙眼路也很方便。酒店门口就是停车场，有5-6个快充充电桩，秩序良好没有占用。入住第二天早上是热醒，整栋大厦没有了电，下楼询问，前台小姐姐説是呀物业在处理，什麽措施补救都没有。约停电了2小时，没有抱歉没有处理，这点这次不太满意了。酒店是可以吸烟的可能潮汕地区本地人都爱吸烟，房间有烟味，但不算很差。另外牀头柜附近角落灰尘多，但是还能接受。门口很多小电动方便出行。

The hotel location is convenient for food, shopping and moving around. Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the entrance. It's also convenient for taxi to pick up and bus stop also 100m away.
The front desk receptionist are all very well train, I specially like the service of 丹丹&小蔡 who check us in, they were very patient to their guests, always displaying a smiling face, and also have us very good advise on where to go around town, excellent attitude for service industry. Shantou is good for us food and we decided to extend another night stay at the property, there 小张&小林 the other 2 receptionists who are very pleasant to deal with. We are very happy to pick up this hotel:)
By the way, the air conditioning in the room is powerful, perfect for this extremely hot weather. The housekeeping ladies were very efficient too. Thumbs up!

It is a small but very pleasant hotel. Maynot be suitable for elderlies as there is no porter. Especially if you have to carry your large heavy luggages up the stairs to the hotel lobby.
1. Location : Convenient. Food is easily available within 5~15mins walk. 20~25mins walk to Longyan South night food street.
1.1 Hotel is about 7~8km from Shantou Railway Station. Taxi fare approximately RMB 38+/-
1.2 Hotel is about 4~5km to Shantou Ancient City (small garden). Taxi fare approximately RMB 18+/-
2. Service at Reception: Exceptional! All staffs we encountered were very helpful and friendly. 6 stars!!!
3. Hotel Rooms : Very basic but clean & modern.
4. Hotel lobby : Very small and spartan.
5. Transport : No MRT, no buses. However, DiDi taxi is easily and readily available… and fees are very affordable too.

The room was spacious but the cleanliness is to be much improved. Complained there was a cigarette in the bathroom (although its a non smoking room ??). It was right at a obvious place but i flushed it down the drained. Stayed 3nights but they nvr took effort to clean. House keeping was not done, as the bed was quite mess. Breakfast.... Is a no but still edible. Service at the reception was great.

We are from Singapore, and this is our first visit to Shantou after Covid-related restrictions in China caused some confusion with Alipay and WeChat before we arrived. The two front desk staff, 彤彤 and 小 珊, truly made us feel safe and hassle-free during our stay.
彤彤 was incredibly patient, guiding us on how to use Alipay and WeChat to book taxis, make payments for food delivery, and even have food sent to our room.
小 珊 took the time to explain and recommend excellent local dining options around the hotel. My husband and I are genuinely grateful for their sincere assistance during our three-night stay.
The hotel room was spacious and clean. I particularly appreciated the tea set and the complimentary tea samples that allowed us to enjoy a cup of tea in the room. The bathtub was clean, and the sensor light in the toilet was a thoughtful touch.

彤彤非常有耐心，指导我们如何使用支付宝和微信来预订出租车、支付外卖，甚至将食物送到我们的房间。
小珊花时间为我们解释并推荐了酒店周围的出色餐饮选择。我和我的丈夫对他们在我们三晚逗留期间的真诚帮助感到非常感激。
酒店房间宽敞而干净。我特别喜欢茶具和免费茶样，这使我们可以在房间里享受一杯茶。浴缸很干净，卫生间的感应灯是一个贴心之举。

Staff are very friendly and nice. Location is perfect, many restaurants nearby in weakling distance. The room is big and the room environment is good.
