一进大堂就听到前台小姐姐们打招呼了，服务很好，每次有需要找客服都有求必应。房间挺舒服的，衞生也很到位。还送了两杯咖啡，坐在大堂喝咖啡挺惬意的，大堂风格比较复古大气，拍照很出片。
不足之处：半夜3点机器人送外卖电话响起把我们吵醒了，搞得我无法再有入睡状态了。客服説是外卖员按错房间号所以送到我们房间来了，这个请以後服务员注意一下外卖员操作机器人时也帮他确认一下房间号。总体来説是满意的。

酒店设计符合我的审美风格。高级感满满拍照很出片！房间乾净衞生，床品柔软亲肤一觉训到自然醒??睡眠体验绝佳。送的现磨咖啡又香又好喝??酒店漂亮早餐美味??
酒店与万象也很近，衣服很新颖！性格比高！小公圆拍照出片！牛肉火锅很好吃！比五筒牛肉好吃！汕头肠粉我真的不懂欣赏??
办入住时有点小误会，感谢酒店经理帮助处理??感谢感谢！服务员礼貌待人！

Location wasn't very fantastic though near the trail station but easy t o get transport to other parts of the city. Hotel was extremely clean.

The room is spacious and super clean, situated at a relatively quiet neighbourhood not close to centre though. The service is great, receptionists are very nice and helpful. Overall a perfect stay.

The crew is sincere and friendly, the receptionist team is the best.
Clean and comfortable, the pillows and mattress are good.
The corridor was filled with odor of food (like all tenants were having instant noodle in their rooms)
The free self service laundry is a bonus.

Both manager and front desk staffs were very helpful and nice. ?Helped us on purchasing high speed train tickets and advised us the best option to ship our luggage to our next destination. ?Very new and clean. ?Highly recommended ????????????

The staff were friendly and tried to help wherever possible. The impression when entering the hotel is very good, it is like a study or reading room and the decoration works well. The room we stayed in was a very good size and the decoration was good. I did find it odd that there was no fridge in the room even though they had a cabinet for it. They do supply tea, instant coffee and water. I was not a fan of the way they separated the bathroom and bedroom. It was a little open plan while I prefer a total separation. This is just my own personal opinion and others may think differently. The hotel does have a washing machine by the Gym should you want to do your own laundry. Some may find the hotel's location a little remote. While only 10 minutes from the train station it is further away from things such as The MixC Mall and Zhujiang Lu food street. That said there are some good restaurants within walking distance including a Goose restaurant and a Dim Sum restaurant. The smaller MixC East Coast Mall is also within a 10 minute walk. All in all I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.
