一家非常糟糕的酒店。
靠海边的酒店，酒店走廊、房间里一股霉味，但是这是海边酒店很难避免的。能理解。
但是酒店服务着实一般，设施也很一般。入住时并未告知洗澡洗完一个之后，要等二三十分钟才能洗第二个。用房间内座机打给前台打了很多个都无人接听，最后好不容易接听了，説在房卡上写了热水的情况。这你能确保每位客人都会看见？如此隐蔽的地方，真的看不到。且要求负责人处理，酒店前台告知经理下班了，第一次听説哪家酒店经理会下班，不是24小时轮值的，连一个话事人都没有吗？
另外酒店隔音非常差，同楼层、或者上一楼层的动静都非常大。

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Artel Xinghai Resort Shanwei Jintingwan! Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options that satisfied all our cravings.
But the highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The sand is soft, fine, and impeccably clean – perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and enjoying the beautiful seascape.
Overall, we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway. The combination of great accommodations, delicious food, and stunning beach scenery makes it a perfect destination. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This hotel is located near the sea, and it’s beautiful. The staff were very friendly, polite, and patient. They upgraded my room for free, and the check-in process was very quick.
I really liked the outdoor pool! It’s so beautiful, you can swim while enjoying a view of the sea. During my stay, there weren’t many people at the hotel, which made it very comfortable. All the facilities are nice. The indoor pool is also good, and there’s even a dry steam room (sauna).
The hotel’s grounds are huge, perfect for taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful views and trees. It’s also easy to access the sea directly from the hotel’s garden. Overall, the hotel is stunning.
As for the room, it was very spacious and included all the necessary amenities (shower gel, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.). The bathroom was also large and comfortable.
The hotel is not located in the city center, so it’s a good place to rest and relax. It provides everything you need for a peaceful stay.

Great service! Our room were upgraded to suite, room was very clean and tidy with full sea view! The king size bed and be d mattress was really comfortable. High recommended!

We liked the hotel. It is in front of the sea with beautiful beach. Breakfast is not bad, though the coffee machines need to be adjusted. There are a lot of small restaurants around the hotel with good sea food.
