酒店很新，也没有异味，房间设施超预期，以前一直住另一个定位更高的酒店，第一次体验丽枫超预期，房间很多细节处理的不错，尤其淋浴间，音响系统，酒店早餐不错。

这次带娃住这家酒店，体验直接打满分！一进门就被淡淡的薰衣草香安抚，前台主动帮忙提行李，还送了小童小零食，超贴心～ 房间收拾得一尘不染，床品柔软亲肤，江景房推开窗帘就是美景，孩子对着窗外看了好久。早餐种类超丰富，有粥粉面、包子点心、水果酸奶，带娃出行超省心。位置也很方便，离江边步行几分钟，周边餐馆、超市齐全，自驾停车免费。服务、环境、配套都无可挑剔，已经推荐给身边有娃的朋友，下次来韶关还选这家！

设施：都挺好的，挺新
衞生：衞生整体来説真的挺好，就是后面打开了床单被罩的时候看到了污渍，然后联系前台，也叫来换了，也怕麻烦，只换了被罩，没换床单，但是后面看到床单脏的更多，用浴巾垫了，睡的另一边，虽然是洗涤中心的原因，但是最起码看到脏了就不要铺上了

服务：我是用了提前入住的服务的，因为那天从重庆去韶关看对象，坐了很久的车，很困，一下车就去酒店，然后还没到八点，我就问一下有没有房间，可能我定的房间还没出来吧，也或许是前台上了一晚上夜班，态度让我觉得不是有多好，最起码的微笑服务是没有，然后我就把行李放在前台，在江边坐了一个多小时，手机关机了，才又去的酒店，前台换班了两个小姐姐，顺利的办理了入住，九点多，十点不到办理的入住，但是两个小姐姐给我的态度一下子又心情好，一个酒店的服务态度决定客源的流失，我想九点多再次去酒店拿东西的时候如果和第一次我问可以办理入住的时候一个态度，我也许就不会继续入住了，这三点五的服务?也是给两个小姐姐的，如果是那个男生前台，一分都不想给，我笑着问你，我又不欠你，那么多酒店又不是只有你这一家

This is by far the best hotel that I can find in Shaoguan. It has spacious rooms, gorgeous waterfront view, quiet neighborhood, and convenient location. It is new and clean. The staffs are very responsive and friendly. You may find one or two hotels which can check some boxes, however, this is the only one that check all boxes. I will definitely stay here again next time.

This is a newly built hotel. Everything is still very new and clean. The location is on the edge of the city center. With 2-3 dollars taxi very easily to go anywhere in the city. Our room has a very beautiful view over the river and mountain. The breakfast is very good. Shan Shan was so nice with us. She is very friendly and helpful!! At the reception employees are very helpful as well. A little less good was the room service, 3-4 days they don’t clean well our room. But as soon as I called the front desk they clean and organized the room. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant.
