Wifi太差；住酒店没有wifi,你们说吧这是所谓的自称5星，空调经常半夜停，床太小；带小朋友根本没法睡，早餐太坑，我们第一次遇到不到1.2就开始收费，不到1.2的小朋友收35；还没有太多东西吃，一个肠粉还需排队。

房间宽敞明亮，床垫舒适，床上用品干净整洁，地段好，停车方便，有汽车充电桩，距离东街很近，沿江边步道风景优美。酒店一楼餐厅生意兴隆，很多本地人吃饭饮茶。缺点是：前台给升级到21楼，本来心存感激，可料不到这个房间夜晚及凌晨会发出沉闷但又巨大的轰隆隆的声音，似乎是电锯，似乎是汽车发动机声，房间还略微震动。问了前台，说无人装修，派个服务员过来，服务员说是下月子中心用水引起水压不均匀引起供水系统发出声音，她给出的方案是换房。我们不愿意收拾行李，希望深夜无人用水会好一点。岂料间或轰隆隆的直到凌晨四点。

酒店位置非常好，边上就是韶关东站、汽车站、大润发、风度步行街，早茶店有好几家，吃饭出行逛街都很方便。设施很好，一边是江景，另一边是山城景，非常棒????，因为周围方便，一直没在酒店用餐，但我看到一楼餐厅饭点儿人很多，应该是不错。

The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

I say I saw many reviews that said the hotel was old and they weren’t very complementary. Yes, it’s an older hotel. It’s very grand and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large. The bed was fine to sleep on as were the pillows, I can’t say I have any complaints. The locations is very good.
