The hotel is already relatively old and requires innovation and refurbishment. Very old tiles in the bathroom, and the furniture has thick scratches. Power sockets are very old.

Could have done better with customer service from the reception especially during check-in. Even lower stars hotel serve better. However, there are two guys who are really good and helpful. Just that I feel like they should do more training. Hotel wise all is good. Very clean and comfortable. Location is great, nearby there is a couple of food stall

I will definitely stay in this hotel every time when I come to keqaio .. no complain perfect just breakfast quality has to be improved
