服务：太差了，问个暖气的问题，晚上六点多在前天问暖气有没有开，他説开了，结果上去房间打开是冷气，打电话説要等半小时，等了半小时再打电话过去，説没开暖气要叫师傅来开，好，等了二十分钟还没来，又打电话过去，説师傅不了了，暖气已经开了，我真的很无语，第一次见到什么都客人去催的，难道前台没有义务把问题处理情况跟客人沟通嘛？无语死了，太垃圾了

Hotel was convenient to the scenic Hongqaio Park & the Sports Center. We stayed as we were attending the National Games Equestrian competition which was held close by. Hotel is very good value and room was comfortable (hard beds). We did have leaking from the toilet which we reported but wasn't fixed. We couldn't find on the TV the CGTN English station. There is a big Chinese restaurant on 1F which opens 7.30am so we had breakfast & lunch there. Great for a short stay.

Ok hotel. Bedding very clean. Close to the rainbow park. But was disappointed, because I ordered to prepare some eggs for the morning , I paid, and didn’t get them .

酒店的位置很方便，地铁出门即达。入住了好几天 服务态度也很热情????还免费升级了房型 房间宽敞明亮，床品舒适。整体来説是一次不错的住宿体验。

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, communication was difficult as no one spoke English, making it hard to resolve issues during our stay. We had booked—and paid extra for—a room with an upstairs layout to accommodate our whole family. Upon arrival, we were told it wasn’t available and were instead given two separate, unconnected rooms. This meant my wife and I had to sleep apart to ensure our children were safe, which was disappointing and not what we had reserved. There were also several issues with the room itself. The sliding glass door lock was broken, posing a safety concern, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable. The breakfast was not as advertised. We expected a buffet but received a tray with mostly bread and a boiled egg. It lacked nutritional value, and only I ate a portion of it—my family chose not to. Lastly, the pool was listed as a hotel amenity, but it turned out to be a public pool next door. We were charged for access, and the lane-style setup made it difficult for our kids to enjoy. While the staff were courteous, these issues significantly impacted our experience. With better communication, transparency, and room management, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.

A nice room opposite the red walkway. There's a Wanda a short ride away at the metro stop(Fenghuang Town Station is the nearest stop).
