服务员态度一流，名叫小牙????
亲切友善，热心帮忙，值得加许
但厕所有点味，不要对gym room有期望就是了??

酒店很不错。房型选择很多。酒店前台小黎服务很好。设施非常完善。负一二楼可以免费停车。酒店大堂还有钢琴。还有很多插花。非常适合打卡拍照。非常有艺术气息的一家酒店。地理位置也非常便利。附近吃饭购物都很方便

设施：设施不错，该有的都有
服务：服务非常好，我到店比较早，前台的工作人员非常贴心提供了提前入住服务，并赠送免费现磨咖啡
环境：周围环境不错，深圳站和罗湖口岸出门几分钟就到了
衞生：美中不足的是房间较小，无窗的房间稍微有点发霉的味道，开空气净化器一会儿就好些了。

Got free upgrade to a bigger size room due to current room aircon not cold. Good service. Location is great if you catching a train at ShenZhen station
