"I rate this hotel a perfect 5 out of 5! The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional—especially Yuki, who speaks both English and Chinese and is always ready to assist with any needs. From the moment you step into the lobby, you feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are spotless, and the food is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"

今次我们一行六人，入住大梅沙万枫酒店（万豪旗下的品牌），酒店很新，2024年才开业，整体入住满意，地理位置非常优越：走路到大梅沙海边三分钟，地铁站两分钟，旁边还有8号仓outlet，附近食肆林立，交通、活动、逛街、吃饭都很方便！登记入住时，我问酒店能否加微信沟通，这酒店提供的微信服务，比其他酒店更胜一筹，非常感谢Grace刘小姐从早到晚，在微信从不间断地，不厌其烦地回答我们的查询，也为我们遇到的问题和困难提供迅速和适切的协助，服务贴心殷勤，有耐性又细心！她看见我们有老人家同行，还特别送了免费的早餐给我们，很有爱心且人性化！万枫酒店能提供微信和客人沟通，对不太懂普通话的我们真的很方便，但这次特别要感谢Grace刘，真的辛苦了她全天守候在微信里回覆客人的问题，非常感谢Grace刘小姐，如果可以有六星的话，对Grace的努力和付出，特别想给六星的好评，所以下次入住，还是会选择万枫！

What a pleasant accommodation at Fairfield! I find your staff is attentive and helpful as well the decent services delivered by Yuki at the front desk. Surely I will prefer staying at your hotel by the time I pay the next visit to Daimeisha.

Very good all in all. Location is perfect for transport by underground, and by beach and outlets. Perfect inside the room clean and everything except they should have a door for toilet.

The hotel itself is fine. Breakfast was more Chinese than Western, so the description given is wrong. The gym was always crawling with small children who were using it as a playground, unsupervised. This was very frustrating as I could not use the gym. This didn't improve even after speaking to the hotel front desk about it. The bathroom light didn't work on the first night, so I spent the night with the light on all night. The room was neat and clean. It's right by the beach, so that is convenient. Check in was fast and there are staff who speak English.
